AAA has presented C&C Automotive with a plaque marking 25 years of dedicated service to AAA members, from May 2001 to May 2026.
We were the first shop in Augusta to become a AAA Approved Auto Repair facility, and we have held that approval without a break for a quarter century.
What AAA Approval Actually Requires
AAA does not hand out its shield for signing up. An approved shop has to pass an inspection of its facility and equipment, employ certified technicians, carry the right insurance, meet AAA's warranty standard, and keep its customer-satisfaction scores above AAA's threshold. AAA re-checks that every year by surveying the members we serve.
That last part is the reason 25 years matters more than the first approval did. Holding the shield for 25 straight years means AAA members kept rating us well, year after year, for a quarter of a century.
What It Means If You Are a AAA Member
- Your AAA membership gets you a member discount on repairs at C&C.
- Most repairs are covered by our 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty, and the shop that did the work handles any warranty issue.
- AAA handles disputes between members and approved shops. It is an extra layer of accountability that we have never needed, but it is there for you.
Twenty-five years ago we were the first shop in town AAA was willing to put its name on. We plan to keep it that way.
