Google1 day agoWhen I brought my Nissan Altima in for repairs, I had no idea what was wrong with it or even if it could be repaired or not. I just knew something very serious and frightening was happening to my car because of the way it was running. But the friendly compassionate service l received from the staff and service department put me at ease right away. After they diagnosed the damage to my car they assured me that it was repairable. I was then able to breathe normally again. The work was fast and exceptional. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of car service and repairs.

Google1 day agoI had a catalytic converter replacement on a hybrid Kia to do. I had someone tell me to just do it at the dealer because these can be tricky (not sure why). Of course the dealer's price was way too high so I asked C and C for a quote. It was over a thousand dollars cheaper and they have done plenty of work for me before so I took the car to them. No issues at all. They ran some other diagnostics at the same time just to make sure there was nothing else that needed to be fixed. Great experience!

Google5 days agoI was helping a friend with dropping off his car but C&C Automotive record speaks for them. Their prices are a little high but it's worth paying a little more now than too much over time, get it fixed right the first time.

Google2 weeks agoNot inexpensive, but very professional. Clean, orderly shop. I dropped the truck off at 8. They called an hour later with the diagnosis and estimate. I picked it up after work at 5. I've found my mechanic.

Google2 weeks agoBrought in a 30 year old truck with a truck specific problem. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue with no problem. We worked together on another issue with the truck. The tech and service writer were both helpful friendly and listened and remembered. Good guys for sure!!!

Google1 month agoI was at advance auto parts next door getting my battery tested (it was bad). They could not change it due to the type of vehicle. I would have to go to an auto repair shop. Only problem was my car was completely dead and advance auto parts equipment was too weak to jump it. I called C&C automotive at 5:26 pm (they close at 5:30pm) the sweetest lady by the name of Jamie answered the phone. I explained to her what was going on and asked if i could get my car running could someone please put a battery in today. She placed me on hold and came back to the phone and stated she has a tech by the name of Justin that would walk over and give me a jump to get me to the shop and he will stay and change my battery. I just hope Jamie and Justin know what a blessing they were to me that day. It’s just me and my daughter so i have no idea what i would have done if they did not come to my rescue! If i could give Jamie and Justin more than 5 stars i would!! This was intended for Washington rd location !
