Technicians
Diagnose and repair every system (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, HVAC, suspension and drivability) on the full range of domestic, Asian and European makes that come through our bays. ASE certification welcomed; mentorship and training paths in place for techs at every level.

Service Advisors
Be the customer's advocate at the front counter. Write up estimates, translate technical findings into plain language, schedule work across the shop, and keep customers informed from check-in to delivery. The role rewards organization, empathy, and a deep commitment to honest recommendations.

Assistants
Support service advisors and shop management with the workflow that keeps a busy CSRA shop moving, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, and helping customers in the lobby. A great entry point for someone who wants to learn the automotive service business from the ground up.

General Service
