2-Year / 24,000-Mile Warranty on Most Repairs

At C&C Automotive, the shop that does your repair is the shop that stands behind it. Our 2-Year / 24,000-Mile warranty covers most repairs, including our labor and the parts we supply, for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. Coverage can vary depending on the parts used, so ask your service advisor for the details on your repair.

If a covered repair acts up, warranty work is simple: within 25 miles, bring your vehicle back to the C&C shop that did the work and they'll take care of it. Traveling or living farther away? Your covered repairs are also protected through the Certified Auto Repair Nationwide Warranty.

Backed By the Shop That Did the Work

Each C&C Automotive shop stands behind its own work directly. If you're within 25 miles of the shop that did your repair, that shop handles any warranty issue. Our 2-Year / 24,000-Mile warranty applies to most repairs and covers our labor and the parts we supply, for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Some repairs use customer-selected or lower-cost parts that can't carry our full warranty, which is why coverage is offered on most repairs, but not all. Your service advisor will walk through exactly what's covered before any work begins.

Covered Nationwide When You Travel

More than 25 miles from the shop that did the work? Your covered repairs are also protected through the Certified Auto Repair Nationwide Warranty, honored at participating shops across the U.S. and Canada for the same 2-year / 24,000-mile term.

If a covered repair acts up while you're away, call 1-800-457-0019 for assistance. With prior approval, the program may cover towing (up to $150), a rental car (up to 2 days), and a hotel stay (up to 1 night) while the repair is completed.

24-Hour Roadside Assistance

The nationwide program includes 24-hour roadside assistance anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. If you find yourself stranded, call 1-800-457-0019 for help. Services include:

  • Lock-out assistance (key replacement not covered)
  • Towing (up to $75)
  • Flat tire changes (tire costs not covered)
  • Fluid and fuel delivery (fuel costs not covered)
  • Jump starts

Nationwide Exclusions

The supplemental nationwide coverage carries its own exclusions. The following are NOT covered under the Certified Auto Repair Nationwide Warranty:

  • Engines
  • Transmissions
  • Used parts
  • Tires
  • Commercial vehicles
  • Paint
  • Body repairs
