    Affects: 2016 and newer (Sensus)

    The number one thing we see on the newer Volvos (2016 and newer). The Sensus infotainment glitches, warning lights and sensor faults pop up, and we see battery drain. The electronics are sensitive and need the right scan tools to sort out.

  • Transmission failure on the first-generation T6

    Affects: 1st-gen T6 (2003-2008)

    On the first-generation T6 (2003 to 2008) the automatic transmission is a known weak spot and can fail. It is a big-ticket repair so we tell you straight what you are looking at.

  • Phantom auto-braking and air-suspension repairs

    Affects: Newer models

    On the newer ones we also see phantom auto-braking, where the safety system brakes for no reason, plus air-suspension repairs on the models that have it.
